Bruce Latta

Bruce Latta, CMCA, is the chairperson of CAI-CV's Homeowner Leader Committee. He also serves on the chapter’s PR Committee and the Quorum Magazine Committee. He recently served four years on the Parc La Quinta Homeowners Association board of directors where he served two years as the board president. He has completed the CAI National course for the CAI Board Leader Certificate. He is the Project Manager for Indio Properties Land. He previously served as the manager of Jackson & Monroe Owners Association. He has worked as a fair and festival manager and is a Certified Fair Executive (CFE). He is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles and holds a certificate in Meetings and Events Planning from San Diego State.
