Russell Uthe

Russ’s background as an attorney specialized in labor law including representation of major companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank in Latin America and the Caribbean and others in the industrial sector and health care. He primarily worked as a change agent dealing with unions representing management. He is a member of the Sigma Chit social fraternity and of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.  

Organization Affiliations:  Palm Springs Legacy Circle and Architecture and Design Council of the Palm Springs Museum, Palm Springs Preservation Foundation, PS Mod Com, and Chair of the Personnel Board and the Ethics, Transparency and Governmental Reform Task Force for the City of Palm Springs and President of the Mesquite Canyon Estates HOA. Russ was also President of the Kankakee Symphony located outside of Chicago. Russ resurrected the organization from the red and into the black and the symphony went on to gain a reputation for being one of the best orchestras in the Midwest.
